All Good NorthWest – BiPoc Village

(Previously known as C3PO Camps) Safe Rest Village, culturally-specific village-model sheltering (LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities), and congregate sheltering services. Showers, restrooms and daily meals to program participants. Onsite case management and mental health services available. Maximum of 2 pets per person. 8 am - 6 p.m. - Open 24/7, all year round. Call to request a bed.

November 1 2022 to April 30 2023, Call or stop in for reservation. Intake hours: 9pm - 10pm. Serves: All genders and invididuals age 18 and older.No pets except for services animals. Ability to get up and down from mats on the floor without assistance.

PDX 311

PDX 311 provides access to local government within Multnomah County with single point of contact – in person, online or over the phone to find information, report issues, or request services. Staff speak Spanish, Romanian, and Tagalog and have resources to assist community members in additional languages and aid in ADA Accommodation requests. Closed on public holidays.
