(Previously known as C3PO Camps) Safe Rest Village, culturally-specific village-model sheltering (LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities), and congregate sheltering services. Showers, restrooms and daily meals to program participants. Onsite case management and mental health services available. Maximum of 2 pets per person. 8 am - 6 p.m. - Open 24/7, all year round. Call to request a bed.

PDX 311 provides access to local government within Multnomah County with single point of contact – in person, online or over the phone to find information, report issues, or request services. Staff speak Spanish, Romanian, and Tagalog and have resources to assist community members in additional languages and aid in ADA Accommodation requests. Closed on public holidays.
Safe, welcoming day center where anyone who is houseless and or experiencing addiction or mental health challenges can take a break from living on the street. Free peer support, laundry service, lockers, showers, restrooms, computer and internet access. Connection to supportive resources.
