All Good Northwest’s first congregate shelter site hosts up to 120 individuals experiencing houselessness and offer 24-7 on-site staffing and support.
All Good NorthWest – BiPoc Village
(Previously known as C3PO Camps) Safe Rest Village, culturally-specific village-model sheltering (LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities), and congregate sheltering services. Showers, restrooms and daily meals to program participants. Onsite case management and mental health services available. Maximum of 2 pets per person. 8 am - 6 p.m. - Open 24/7, all year round. Call to request a bed.
Just Compassion
Reservation required. Call or stop by after 6 p.m. to confirm reservation. No pets except for services animals.

24 hours a day, Serves: All genders and couples, age 18 and older. Pets allowed. Call or drop in to be placed on the waitlist

PDX 311
PDX 311 provides access to local government within Multnomah County with single point of contact – in person, online or over the phone to find information, report issues, or request services. Staff speak Spanish, Romanian, and Tagalog and have resources to assist community members in additional languages and aid in ADA Accommodation requests. Closed on public holidays.
Behavioral Health Resource Center
Safe, welcoming day center where anyone who is houseless and or experiencing addiction or mental health challenges can take a break from living on the street. Free peer support, laundry service, lockers, showers, restrooms, computer and internet access. Connection to supportive resources.
